ALMA LUCILLE (TUCKER) TRINKLE KELLER, 90, of Jasonville, Indiana passed away peacefully at her home that she loved at 2:50 a.m. Saturday, May 22, 2010 comforted by loving family. She was born on November 19, 1919 in Linton, the first-born o John Branson Tucker and Nellie Talley Tucker. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Karl Keller; brothers, Harry, Robert and Gene Tucker; two grandchildren, Elizabeth and Daniel Trinkle.

Serving proudly as a volunteer of the Ladies’ Auxiliary as a Pink Lady at Greene County General Hospital, she truly enjoyed offering assistance and a smile to everyone she met. Her sharp wit and wisdom for life endeared her to the many friends and admirers that she touched over the years. Her 90th birthday celebration last November in Linton was a testament to the legacy that Lucille created in the hearts and lives of the numbers of friends and family members influenced by her abundant life of kindness, love and generosity.

“With bushels and bushels of love”, Lucille adored her family and is survived by all of her ‘favorite’ four children and their spouses, Jim and Marilyn Trinkle of Burleson, TX; Ron and Anna Trinkle of Mims, FL; Mike and Ria Trinkle of Bedford Hills, NY; and Marsha and John Lawson of Arlington, TX; as well as 12 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. She is also survived by sisters, Wilma Lee Barnard of Bloomington, and Brancenia Clayton and her husband Bill of Indianapolis; and brother J.D. Tucker and his wife, Colleen of Arlington, TX; along with many nieces and nephews.

Arrangements were entrusted to Michael W. Cox, Cox Funeral Home, 218 South Meridian Street, Jasonville, IN. Visitation was 5-9 p.m. Wednesday, and 9 a.m. until service time on Thursday at the funeral home. Funeral Services were 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 27, 2010 with Pastor Chris McKinney officiating. Interment was in Lebanon Cemetery, Midland, IN.

In lieu of flowers donations were made to the American Cancer Society.
