GriefNet

GriefNet provides online grief support resources for adults and children through two websites and 50 email grief support groups. This organization is open to people who have experienced loss and grief of all kinds.

Compassionate Friends

Compassionate Friends is a large national organization providing support and resources to parents, siblings, and grandparents who have lost children. They provide local chapters in all 50 states, as well as online support group and other resources.

American Foundation for Suicide Prevention

The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention provides access to support groups for those who have lost a loved one to suicide. You may search by state or according to your specific location.

National Alliance for Grieving Children

Provides support, resources, and education for children and teens grieving the loss of a friend or family member. Includes access to support groups for grieving children.

AARP Grief and Loss Program

Provides support and encouragement for newly widowed individuals, provided by other widowed individuals.
