BILLY DEAN BYARLEY, 78, of Jasonville, Indiana passed away at 11:45 p.m. Saturday, August 14, 2010 in Veterans Hospital, Indianapolis, IN. He was born October 23, 1931 in Jasonville, IN to Henderson Byarley and Dorothy (Ferguson) Byarley.

Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Ruth J. (Criss) Byarley of Jasonville, IN whom he married June 21, 1952; daughter & son-in-law, Constance DeAnn & Patrick Rita of Chadds Ford, PA; sons & daughters-in-law, Christopher Dean & Penny Byarley of Worthington, IN, Clark Dana & Darlene Byarley of Endicott, NY; sisters & brother-in-law, Marilyn Sue & Dave Stark of Jasonville, IN; Betty Morley of Indianapolis, IN, and Mamie Kathleen Fowler of South Bend, IN;  grandchildren,  Jeremiah Shawn & Barbie Byarley, Nathan Daniel & Gina Marie Byarley, Nicole Jacqueline Rita, Andrew Byarley Rita and Daniel Patrick Rita; great-grandchildren, Elyjah Cayne Byarley and Jayden Michelle Byarley. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Josephine Baker, brothers, Phillip Byarley and Robert Byarley.

Bill served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and was a Member of The American Legion in Indianapolis, he was also a member of the Jasonville Masonic Lodge #530 F&AM. He worked as an independent insurance salesman representing a number of insurance companies.

 

 

Arrangements were entrusted to Michael W. Cox, Cox Funeral Home, 218 South Meridian Street, Jasonville, IN. At Bill’s request all funeral arrangements were private
