ROSEMARY BOSTON, 92, of Tipp City, Ohio and formerly of Jasonville, Indiana passed away at 1:25 p.m. Thursday, May, 10, 2012 in Spring Meade Health Center, Tipp City, OH.

She was born July 24, 1919 in Farmersburg, IN to Robert “Roy” and Zella (Craig) Anthony.

Rosemary married Charles Winston Boston on June 13, 1959 and he passed away on November 11, 1984.

Survivors include her daughters & sons-in-law, Myrna & Jerry Haseman of Myrtle Beach, SC, Laura & Melvin Conder of Greenwood, IN, Brenda & Charles Buck of LaPorte, IN, Sue Ann & Maury Hernandez of Tipp City, OH; sons & daughters-in-law, Dale Gillespie, Charles & Lisa Boston of Jasonville, Gerald “Skeeter” & Sheila Boston of Jasonville; sisters & brother-in-law, Dorothy & Kenneth Nickerson of Lake Monticello, VA, Cora Nell Lewis of Terre Haute; 23 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

She was preceded by her parents; husband, Charles Winston Boston; daughter, Linda Ann Hughes; sister, Eva “Tiny” Bell; grandson, Kenny Buck; granddaughter, Leslie Fox-Montgomery.

Rosemary was a great pianist. She played the piano in many churches from age 5 and up. She gave lessons to many. She could make a piano sing like no other. The love of her life Winston and her were Lay Mission Witnesses and traveled all around doing the Lords work which they both truly enjoyed. She loved her family and was a wonderful spiritual inspiration to all of us. She taught her family to have a true loving relationship with God and that there is always Victory in Jesus.

After a long and active life, she was surrounded by family when she went to meet her two hero’s her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and the love of her life Winston. This great lady, mom, grandma, sister and aunt will be greatly missed.

Arrangements were entrusted to Michael W. Cox, Cox Funeral Home; 218 South Meridian Street; Jasonville, Indiana with Visitation scheduled from 4-8 p.m. Monday and 9 a.m. until service time Tuesday at the funeral home. Funeral Services were 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at the Cox Funeral Home with Rosemary’s grandson, Pastor Matthew Conder officiating.

Interment was at Lebanon Cemetery in Midland, IN.
