CHRISTINA LEE (PAYNE) WILLIS, 52, of Jasonville, Indiana passed away at 1:10 p.m. Monday, December 17, 2018 in Sullivan County Community Hospital.
She was born January 10, 1966 in Bay Shore Long Island, New York to William Joseph Payne and Sandra L. (Bechtold) Payne Murrey.
Survivors include her husband, Tony K. Willis of Jasonville who she married on June 6, 2002; children, Shelby Stull (John Wharton) of Jasonville, Tylor Willis of Jasonville; step-children, Summer Willis of Terre Haute, Brian Willis of Terre Haute, Scott Willis of Terre Haute; grandchildren, Daryon Lee Stull, Madison Rose Wharton; brother, Douglas Payne of Fishers; sister-in-law, Tina Davis (Carrick Davis) of Linton.
She was preceded in death by her father; maternal grandparents, George and Mary Bechtold; paternal grandparents, James W. and Ruth Payne.
Christina was a graduate of Terre Haute South Vigo High School. She was a homemaker. She loved plants in her home, playing board games and spending time with family. She enjoyed her many many pets.
Arrangements are entrusted to Michael W. Cox, Cox Funeral Home; 218 South Meridian Street; Jasonville, Indiana. Cremation was chosen and A Gathering of Friends is scheduled from 11 to 1 Friday. Memorial Services will immediately follow visitation at 1 p.m. Friday, December 21, 2018 at the Cox Funeral Home with Pastor Mark Messmer officiating.
