JACKIE “JACK” W. DICKEY, 63, of Hymera, Indiana passed away at 9:40 p.m. Tuesday, February 7, 2017 in his residence.  

He was born September 18, 1953 in Mishawaka, IN to Jack Dickey and Janice Lee (Nicholson) Dickey Isaacs.

Survivors include his mother, Janice Dickey Isaacs of Jasonville, IN; sister and brother-in-law, Theresa & Melvin Pinkston of Hymera, IN; half-sisters & brothers-in-law, Tracy & Mark Crosby of Shelburn, IN, Kelly & Michael Mills of Shelburn, IN; several nieces & nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Jack graduated from North Central High School, Class of 1971. He had previously worked at the Railroad as a Foreman. He was a member the Jasonville Assembly of God Church. Jack liked to play and sing gospel music and enjoyed fishing. Most of all he loved to help others and was a Devoted Christian

Arrangements were entrusted to Michael W. Cox, Cox Funeral Home; 218 South Meridian Street; Jasonville, IN; coxfuneralhomejasonville.com. A Gathering of Friends was scheduled from Noon to 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Funeral Home. Memorial Services immediately followed at 2 p.m. Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at the Cox Funeral Home with Pastor Sam Bush officiating.

Interment was at K of P Cemetery in Hymera, IN.

In lieu of flowers contributions were made in memory of Jack to the Jasonville Assembly of God Church. Envelopes were available at the funeral home.
