BARBARA L. DYER, 51, of Linton, Indiana passed away at 11:04 p.m. Saturday, October 14, 2017 in I.U. Health Bloomington Hospital.
She was born March 30, 1966 in Terre Haute, IN to Curtis L. Hughbanks, Jr. and Sharon L. (Shephard) Hughbanks.
Survivors include her children, Angel and Chris Stanley of White Plains, KY, Brandon Chris of West Virginia, Randy Hughbanks of Linton; grandchildren, Destiny Garrett, Brandon Garrett, Sophie Stanley, Faith Chris; siblings, Curtis Hughbanks III of Seffner, FL, Richard Hughbanks of Plant City, FL, Paul Hughbanks of Dade City, FL, Jeannie Araiza of Linton, Opal Hughbanks of FL, Harrison Hughbanks of FL; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Mary Hughbanks; brothers, Anthony Hughbanks, Jacob Hughbanks.
Barbara was a homemaker and was of the Christian Faith. She enjoyed crochet, collecting dolls, listening to Christian music, and watching the 700 Club.
Arrangements were entrusted to Michael W. Cox, Cox Funeral Home; 218 South Meridian Street; Jasonville, IN; coxfuneralhomejasonville.com. Visitation was scheduled from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the Funeral Home. Funeral Services immediately followed visitation at 7 p.m. Thursday, October 19, 2017 at the Cox Funeral Home with Pastor Randy Hughbanks officiating.
Graveside Committal Services were 9:30 a.m. Friday, October 20, 2017 at the Sassafras Cemetery in Linton, IN.
