FREDDIE ALLEN EASTER, 81, of Jasonville, Indiana passed away at 12:10 a.m. Monday, March 14, 2016 in his residence.

He was born January 25, 1935 in Midland, IN to Glenn Easter and Mildred (Underwood) Easter.

Freddie married Carol (Harlan) Easter on November 25, 1983.

Survivors include his wife, Carol Easter of Coalmont, IN; daughter and son-in-law, Brooke and Danny Evol Jr. of Jasonville, IN; step-daughters, Tamme Klega of Jasonville, IN, Cindy Moyer of Jasonville, IN; step-son, Greg Klega of Jasonville, IN; grandchildren, Dalton Evol, Gavin Evol, Ethan Evol, infant Evol due in August, Joey Geatches, Hayley Ridge, Emily Ridge, Kamryn Gorby, Rochelle Smith; great-grandchildren, Mikayla Smith, Alyssa Smith; brother, Jerry Easter of Arizona; sister, Doris Eccles of Arizona; many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Glenn and Mildred Easter; siblings, Shirley Griffith, Charlie Easter, Carol Meyer, Lillian Sexton, Mary Marvel, Margie Moser.

Freddie worked as a barber and also at the Worthington Packing Pork Plant. He was a member of the Jasonville American Legion Post #172. Freddie served in the U.S Marine Corps during the Korean War.

Arrangements were entrusted to Michael W. Cox, Cox Funeral Home; 218 South Meridian Street; Jasonville, Indiana.

Graveside Services were scheduled 3:30 p.m. Friday March 18, 2016 at the Lebanon Cemetery in Midland, IN with Military Graveside Rites.
