EDWARD “EDDIE” DEAN MCINTYRE II, 33, of Lewis, Indiana passed away at 7:37 p.m. Thursday, March 25, 2010 in Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis, IN. He was born February 8, 1977 in Terre Haute, IN to Edward Dean McIntyre I and Marilyn Sue (Yates) Lifford.

Survivors include his fiance’, Kortnee Marie Richardson of Lewis; mother, Marilyn Sue Lifford of Jasonville; father, Eddie McIntyre I of Jasonville; daughters, Elizabeth, Callie, Taylor and Kenzi; sons, Quinton and Dakota; sisters & brothers-in-law, Andrea Pierce & Brad Duncan of Jasonville, Bobbi & Billy Wiscaver of Freelandville; maternal grandparents, Bob & Mary Yates of Blackhawk; paternal grandmother, Amy McIntyre of Louisville, KY; several aunts & uncles; 6 nieces and nephews; 1 great-niece; and many special friends. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Bert McIntyre.

He worked in Maintenance at United Machine and Design in Brazil, IN. Eddie loved the outdoors where he was an avid fisherman, hunter, and loved camping.

Arrangements were entrusted to Michael W. Cox, Cox Funeral Home, 218 South Meridian Street, Jasonville, IN. Visitation was 5-9 p.m. Tuesday with Funeral Services following at 9 p.m. March 30, 2010 with Pastor Phillip Bilyeu officiating. According to Eddie’s wishes cremation was chosen.
