TANYA R. (BLANKENSHIP) ENGLISH, 44, of Worthington, Indiana passed away at 4:40 p.m. Sunday, November 10, 2013 in her residence.
She was born August 21, 1969 in Beech Grove, IN to Steve Blankenship and Naomi Ruth (Pruett) Blankenship.
Survivors include her mother, Ruth Blankenship of Worthington, IN; sisters & brothers-in-law, Laura & Bradley Dyer of Jasonville, IN, Heather & Tony Hubbard of Worthington, IN, Brianna Blankenship of Worthington, IN; brother & sister-in-law, Steve & Deanne Blankenship of Coal City, IN; maternal grandmother, Pauline Reese of Worthington, IN; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her father, Steve Blankenship, Sr.
Tanya was a graduate of Worthington Jefferson High School. She was a member of the Worthington American Legion Post #106.
Arrangements were entrusted to Michael W. Cox, Cox Funeral Home; 218 South Meridian Street; Jasonville, Indiana. Cremation was chosen. Visitation was scheduled from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, November 16, 2013 at the Folsom Memorial United Methodist Church in Worthington, IN. Memorial Services were at 3 p.m. with Pastor Terry Marker officiating.
