EVERETT G. HONCHELL JR, 90, of Jasonville, IN passed away at 2:50 P.M. Saturday, March 6, 2021 in Greenbriar Village in Indianapolis, IN.
He was born May 23, 1930 in New Trenton, IN to Everett G. Honchell Sr. and Viola (Baker) Honchell.
Everett married Mildred L. (McHenry) Honchell on July 1967 and she passed away on July 11, 2006.
Survivors include his brothers, Clyde Honchell (Judy) of Kokomo, IN, Alva Honchell (Norene) of Lakeland, FL, Arthur Honchell (Charlene) of Georgetown, SC; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, sister, Gladys Westbrook.
Everett worked as a carpenter in heavy construction. He was a member of Jasonville Masonic Lodge #530 F&AM. Everett was a Navy Veteran of the Korean War
Arrangements are entrusted to Michael W. Cox, Cox Funeral Home; 218 South Meridian Street; Jasonville, Indiana. Visitation is scheduled from Noon to 2 Tuesday at the Funeral Home. Funeral Services are 2 P.M. Tuesday, March 9, 2021 with Pastor Sam Bush officiating.
Interment will be at Lebanon Cemetery in Midland, IN.
