EARL L. GARDNER, JR, 56, of Linton, Indiana passed away at 4:52 a.m. Friday, November 11, 2011 in Greene County General Hospital, Linton, IN.
He was born February 4, 1955 in Monroe County, IN to Earl L. Gardner and Betty J. (Colson) Gardner.
Survivors include his spouse, Karen Sue (Fulford) Gardner of Linton, IN whom he married 34 years ago on September 16; children, Earl L. & Sonya Gardner III of Lyons, IN, Matthew Gardner of Bloomfield, IN, Lautasha Gardner of Missouri, Tony Gardner of Linton, IN,Tamara Parshall of Missouri; grandchildren, Taylor Gardner, Stacia Parshall, Branden Parshall, Tabitha Gardner, Ethen Gardner, Andrew Gardner, J.D. Parshall, Amy Parshall; great-granddaughter, Peyton.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, June Boyd.
Earl worked as a tree trimmer.
Arrangements were entrusted to Michael W. Cox, Cox Funeral Home; 218 S. Meridian Street; Jasonville, IN 47438.
Graveside Services were 1 p.m. Wednesday, November 16, 2011 at the Stephens Cemetery in Lewis, IN with Rev. Curtis Mitchell officiating.
