GEORGE O. AARON, 63, of Jasonville, IN passed away at 12:59 P.M. Tuesday, August 9, 2022 in Deaconess Midtown Hospital in Evansville, IN.
He was born January 25, 1959 in Linton, IN to George W. Aaron and Dorothy (Boyd) Aaron.
George married Mary Aaron, she passed away February 17, 2022
Survivors include his children, Clint Aaron of Worthington, IN, Tracy Collier of Jasonville, IN; grandchildren, Jadin Aaron, Dylan Aaron, CJ Aaron, Zavery Aaron, Caleb Collier, Jace Collier; siblings, Rebecca Wilson of Franklin, TN, David Skelly of St. Berniece, IN, Anton Aaron of Reelsville, IN; several nieces and nephews; best friend, Danny St. John of Jasonville, IN.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife; sisters, Cheryl Schaffer, Patricia Williams; brother, Ray Edward Skelly.
George retired from Great Dane in Brazil, IN. He was a member of Hymera American Legion SAL Squadron #298, George loved fishing, hunting, riding his 4-wheeler and being outdoors. He also enjoyed music, playing the guitar, banjo and harmonica.
Arrangements are entrusted to Michael W. Cox, Cox Funeral Home; 218 South Meridian Street; Jasonville, Indiana. Visitation is scheduled from 11 A.M. to 2 P.M. Saturday, August 13, 2022 at the Funeral Home. Services are immediately following with his nephew, Pastor Jesse Aaron officiating.
Interment will be at Lebanon Cemetery in Midland, IN at a later date.
