GEORGIA ROSE HARDY, 79, of Jasonville, Indiana passed away at 9:20 p.m. Wednesday, October 24, 2018 in The Gibson Family Center for Hospice Care—Union Hospital in Terre Haute, IN.
She was born March 3, 1939 in Linton, IN to James Hardy and Rose (Clayton) Hardy.
Survivors include some cousins and her beloved pet, Rosebud.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Georgia had worked and retired from NWSC Crane as a Comptroller after 28 years of service. She was a member of the American Federation of Government Employees. She attended the First Baptist Church in Jasonville and Wesleyan Church in Spencer.
Arrangements are entrusted to Michael W. Cox, Cox Funeral Home; 218 South Meridian Street; Jasonville, Indiana. Visitation is scheduled from 11 to 1 on Saturday. Funeral Services will immediately follow visitation at 1 p.m. Saturday, October 27, 2018 at the Cox Funeral Home with Pastor Jim Knight officiating.
Interment will be at Lebanon Cemetery in Midland, IN.
