BLANCHE MARIE GRABNER, 90, of Jasonville, Indiana passed away at 6:50 a.m. Tuesday, September 24, 2013 in Shakamak Good Samaritan Center Jasonville, Indiana.
She was born February 5, 1923 in Springfield, MO to Herbert Franklin Everhart and Ina Merle (Roe) Everhart.
Blanche married Fred C. “Fritz” Grabner on February 23, 1946 and he passed away on May 8, 1995.
Survivors include her daughters & sons-in-law, Francie & Doug Barton of Jasonville, Gayla Calvert & Don Reedy of Jasonville, Marla & Brian Stockrahm of Linton; grandchildren, JD & Jodi Barton, Jerod & Amy Barton, Jenna & James Fry, Brandon & Stacy Calvert, Clint & Heather Stockrahm, Cody Stockrahm & Kara McDonald, Chelsea Stockrahm & fiance’ Justin Rogers; great-grandchildren, Mason, Maddox, and (Myra, due September 28, 2013) Barton, Brylea and Adilea Barton, Caitlin, Madison, Cameron, Charlie and Rowan Fry, Bralyn and Kaylee Calvert, Ambree Cooper, Kristofer Rogers; brother, Gilbert H. “Bud” Everhart of Kokomo; nieces, Deanie Ferguson and Kristy Everhart; nephew, Fred L. Grabner; dearest friend, Audrey Lynch.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brother, Herbert “Tick” Everhart.
Blanche was a fabulous homemaker and cook. She attended the Jasonville United Methodist Church. She loved her Lord and family dearly.
Arrangements were entrusted to Michael W. Cox, Cox Funeral Home; 218 South Meridian Street; Jasonville, Indiana with Visitation scheduled from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. service time Friday at the Funeral Home. Funeral Services were 11 a.m. Friday, September 27, 2013 at the Cox Funeral Home with Pastor Tracy Hamilton & Pastor Carl Leth officiating.
Interment was at Lebanon Cemetery in Midland, IN.
In lieu of flowers contributions were made to the Back Door Food Pantry in care of the Jasonville United Methodist Church. Envelopes were available at the funeral home.
