HAZEL RUTH (MASON) FISCUS, 88, of Jasonville, IN passed away at 2:44 P.M Saturday, September 11, 2021 in Greene County General Hospital in Linton, IN.
She was born February 18, 1933 in Linton, IN to William Mason and Bertha (Burch) Mason.
Hazel married Robert S. Fiscus April 11, 1953 he passed away on February 4, 2019.
Survivors include her son, Robert Jason Fiscus of Jasonville, IN; grandsons, Brandan Fiscus (fiance’ Britney) of Jasonville, IN, Bradley Fiscus (fiance’ Ashley) of Jasonville, IN; great-grandchildren, Adilyn, Grace, Kaitlyn, Skyler, Savannah, Alexzander; sisters, Betty B. Martindale of Jasonville, IN, Rebecca Jacobshagen (Rick) of Linton, IN; sister in-law, Carolyn Mayhew of Jasonville, IN; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 5-brothers and 4-sisters.
Hazel graduated from Linton-Stockton High School. She was a member of Jasonville Church of God. Hazel loved her God and loved her family and spending time with them.
Arrangements are entrusted to Michael W. Cox, Cox Funeral Home; 218 South Meridian Street; Jasonville, Indiana. Visitation is scheduled from 10:30 to 11 A.M. Monday September 20, 2021 at the Funeral Home, immediately following visitation we will go to Peavey Cemetery at Howesville, IN for a Graveside Service with Justin Samm and Nathan Zimmerman officiating.
