JANICE KAY (GORBY) GORDON, 79, of Terre Haute, IN passed away at 10 P.M. Tuesday, June 1, 2021 in her home in Terre Haute.
She was born May 4, 1942 in Sullivan, IN to Walter Gorby and Ella (Benefield) Gorby.
Survivors include her husband of 26 years, Richard M. Gordon ofTerre Haute, IN whom she married on April 27, 1995; daughter, Lori Bresendine of Florida; grandchildren, 4; brother, 1; sisters, 4; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, son, Michael O’Brien; daughter, Dana O’Brien.
Janice was a gifted artist from childhood and enjoyed painting and crocheting. She loved to travel with her husband Richard. Janice lovedher family and life.
Arrangements are entrusted to Michael W. Cox, Cox Funeral Home; 218 South Meridian Street; Jasonville, Indiana. Visitation is scheduled from Noon to 1 P.M. Saturday at the Funeral Home. Funeral Services are 1 P.M. Saturday, June 5, 2021.
Interment will be at K of P Cemetery in Hymera, IN.
