JERAD DEVIN ROSE, 23, of Summerville, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Tuesday, February 18, 2025.
Devin was born July 16, 2001 in Sullivan, Indiana, son of Jerad Rose of Jasonville, IN and Nikki Miller Garwood of Camden, SC. Devin was a graduate of Shakamak High School and worked on the State Highway Survey Crew in the South Carolina Department of Transportation. Devin enjoyed playing Pokémon, Magic, and golfing.
Survivors include his father, Jerad D. Rose of Jasonville, IN; mother, Nikki Miller Garwood and stepfather Jacob Garwood of Camden, SC; sisters, Ali Mae Lacer and brother in law Rain Foster of Summerville, SC, Zavery Ruth Cody of Sullivan, IN, Alexis Garwood of Camden, SC, Sierra Garwood of Camden and Layla Garwood of Linton, IN; grandmothers: Lavonna Rose of Jasonville, IN and Angel Cown of Linton, IN; many loved aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers: David Dunigan and Robert Cown; great grandparents, Bob and Monna Irons.

The family received friends Monday, February 24, 2025 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm in the J. Henry Stuhr Inc., West Ashley Chapel 3360 Glenn McConnell Pkwy Charleston, SC 29414.
Arrangements are entrusted to Michael W. Cox, Cox Funeral Home; 218 South Meridian Street; Jasonville, Indiana. Visitation is scheduled from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturday, March 1, 2025 and noon to 2:00 p.m. Sunday, March 2, 2025. Services are immediately following at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Sam Bush officiating.
Interment will be at Peavey Cemetery in Jasonville, IN.
