KARL K. JOHNSON, 76, of Jasonville, Indiana passed away at 2:13 p.m. Sunday, October 8, 2017 in Regional Hospital, Terre Haute, IN.
He was born May 21, 1941 in Clay County, IN to Wayne Johnson and Mable B. (Kent) Johnson.
Karl married Mary Ruth (Swalls) Johnson on November 12, 1965 and she passed away on October 11, 2012.
Survivors include his children, Greg (Becky) Johnson of Jasonville, Jeff (Patricia) Johnson of Jasonville; grandchildren, Brenli, Morgan, and Austin Johnson; siblings, Helen Harrah of Terre Haute, James (Earlene) Johnson of Ellettsville, Gary Johnson of Jasonville; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife.
Karl was a graduate of Coalmont High School Class of 1959. He enjoyed farming with his sons. He also liked watching tractor pulls, truck pulls and enjoyed going to Farm Machinery Shows. He was a member of New Life Fellowship Church in Terre Haute. He was a U.S. Army Veteran.
Arrangements were entrusted to Michael W. Cox, Cox Funeral Home; 218 South Meridian Street; Jasonville, IN; coxfuneralhomejasonville.com. Private Services were conducted by Pastor Jeffery Harpole.
Interment was at Lebanon Cemetery in Midland, IN.
