JOSHUA MICHAEL THOMAS, 24, passed away 4:05 p.m. Friday, September 4, 2009 at Greene County General Hospital, Linton, IN. He was born February 16, 1985 in South Bend, Indiana to Michael Thomas and Melinda L. (Hert) Thomas.
Survivors include his mother, Melinda L. Thomas of Jasonville, step-father, Chris Jenkins of Jasonville; brother, Dillon Jenkins of Jasonville; grandparents, Dannie & Bev Jenkins of Jasonville and Wayne & Jeannie Metcalf of Lynnville, IN; uncle, Roger & Kelli Soncrant of Jasonville; aunt, Karen & Ed Atkinson of South Bend, IN; fiance’, Rondalyn Reagan of Lyons, IN; and a host of family & friends.
Josh was employed at Black Beauty Bear Run Coal Mine in Dugger.
Visitation was 6-9 p.m. Wednesday and 9 a.m. until service time Thursday all at the Lawton Street Christian Church Fellowship Hall in Jasonville. Funeral Services were 1 p.m. Thursday, September 10, 2009 at Lawton Street Christian Church Fellowship Hall with Kenny Kennett officiating. Interment was at the Peavey Cemetery in Howesville, IN. Arrangements were entrusted to Michael W. Cox, Ferguson-Lee Inc., Cox Chapel.
