LAWRENCE “LONNIE” WAYNE KELLER, 79, of Hymera, Indiana passed away at 3:58 p.m. Sunday, February 14, 2016 in Terre Haute Regional Hospital.
He was born November 8, 1936 in Clay County, IN to Forest Keller and Mabel (Knight) Keller.
Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Rosemary (Scales) Keller of Hymera, IN who he married on August 20, 1958; daughters and son-in-law, Brenda Stewart of Shelburn, IN, Rhonda & John Cooper of Jasonville, IN; grandchildren, Derek Stewart, Talitha Stewart, Sömmer Stewart, Jessica & husband, Jon Haag, Leslie & husband, Brad White; 9 great-grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law, Carl & Evelyn Keller of Terre Haute, IN; sisters-in-law, Betty Enochs of Hymera, IN, Georgia & Don Hutchison of Shelburn, IN, Zada Barnett of Hymera, IN; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Rick Keller.
Lonnie was retired from Pfizer. He was a member of the Hymera First Baptist Church. He enjoyed gardening and fishing. Lonnie was a U.S. Army Veteran.
Arrangements were entrusted to Cox Funeral Home; 218 South Meridian Street; Jasonville, Indiana. A Gathering of Friends was scheduled from 1-4 p.m. Saturday with Memorial Services immediately following at 4 p.m. Saturday, February 20, 2016 at the Cox Funeral Home with Pastor Larry Ricketts officiating.
Military Graveside Rites followed memorial services.
