LARRY G. CRISS of Jasonville, 82, passed away at 8:30 pm on Thursday, September 18, 2025 at Serenity Spring Senior Living in Jasonville, IN.
He was born January 1, 1943 in Linton, IN to Herman G. Criss and Opal (Dalgarn) Criss.
Survivors include his sister. Ruth Criss Byarley of Jasonville, IN; nephews and niece, Jay Criss, Chris Byarley, Connie Rita Byarley.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Jack Criss; nephew, Clark Byarley.
Larry graduated from Jasonville High School. He was a High Stakes Poker Player having lived all over the United States. Larry was a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
Arrangements are entrusted to Michael W. Cox, Cox Funeral Home; 218 South Meridian Street; Jasonville, Indiana. In keeping with Larry’s wishes cremations will be scheduled with a Graveside Service with Military Rites to be held at Lebanon Cemetery in Midland, IN, October 14, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Mark Messmer officiating.
