LAURA L. KRAMER, of Linton, IN, left this world unexpectedly at age 61, on October 6, 2021. She was born August 10, 1960, in Linton, IN and will be missed by her father, Donald L. Kramer, her mother, Frederica L. (Klusmeier) Kramer of Lewis, IN, brother, Jeffrey A. Kramer and friend, Deanna Sullivan both of Indianapolis, IN, and several very special cousins.

Laura graduated Shakamak High School Class of 1978, and went on to complete two years of study in the Art Department at Indiana State University. She proudly owned and operated the Painter’s Edge in Linton, IN for over 25 years. Her many clients will sorely miss her. Laura’s numerous interests included playing guitar, wood-working and restoration, and tole-painting, as well as her passion for animals and pets, large and small. Her love of travel began with trips to Europe with her family in the 1970’s. She especially enjoyed her more recent trips to Florence, Italy, where she participated in a study-abroad program at the Apicius Culinary Institute. Laura’s deep faith, family and close friends carried her through a three-year battle with lung cancer.

Arrangements are entrusted to Michael W. Cox, Cox Funeral Home; 218 South Meridian Street; Jasonville, Indiana. Visitation is scheduled from 11 A.M. to 2 P.M. Wednesday, October 13, 2021                at the Funeral Home. Services are immediately following at 2 P.M. with Pastor David Smith officiating.
