LINDA D. (DAVIS) STEVENS, 73, of Jasonville, IN formerly of Merom, IN passed away at 11:23 P.M. Wednesday, July 21, 2021 in Greene County General Hospital in Linton, IN.
She was born July 29, 1947 in Sullivan, IN to Max Davis and Francella (Hunt) Davis.
Survivors include her children, Darin Davis (Kristen) of Jasonville, IN, Tracy Stevenson (Chad) of Jasonville, IN, Shane Stevens of Jasonville, IN, Brent Stevens of Terre Haute, IN; grandchildren,Brittney Hancock, Nicole Day, Kendra Stevenson, Taylor Stevenson, Chase Stevens, Dakota Hughes, Erica Stevens, Krista Stevens, Candice Stevens, Megan Stevens; great-grandchildren, 14 with one on the way; siblings, Fred Davis (Kathy) of Linton, IN, Misty Bredehoft(Mark) of Jasonville, IN; sister in-law, Bonnie Davis of Franklin, IN; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, James Allen Stevens; brother, Jim Davis; sister, Nancy Winfree; nieces, Vicki Winfree, Jamie Winfree; nephew, Tony Davis.
Linda enjoyed her grandkids and family and loved the time spent with them. She liked being outdoors until she got sick. Linda liked playing board games and cards.
Arrangements are entrusted to Michael W. Cox, Cox Funeral Home; 218 South Meridian Street; Jasonville, Indiana. Visitation is scheduled from 5 to 8 P.M. Tuesday at the Funeral Home. Funeral Services are 8 P.M. Tuesday, July 27, 2021 with Pastor David Smith officiating.
