LISA D. (COPELAND) EMBRY, 56, of Jasonville, IN passed away Thurday, November 3, 2022 in Regional Hospital in Terre Haute, IN.
She was born December 16, 1965 in Frankfort, IN to Ernie Copeland and Sheila (Simpson) Overton.
Survivors include her fiance`,James Harris of Jasonville, IN; children, Kelley Shaw (Matthew) of Murray, KY, Jake Copeland (Kady Mitchell) of Jasonville, IN, Cheyenne Copeland (Martin Rose) of Greencastle, IN; 4-step-children; 9-grandchildren; sisters, Annette Bolinger (Matthew) of Shelburn, IN, Laryssa Boesen (Nate) of Iowa; niece and nephew, Amanda Greene, Tyler Trueblood.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Lisa graduated Vienna High School, Vienna, IL. She worked at Jack’s Place as a dish washer. She loved collecting jewelry and enjoyed fishing. Lisa was a loving mother and grandmother and was a mother to many. Lisa was proud of her seven kids – seven diplomas and no juvenile records. She loved her animals.
Arrangements are entrusted to Michael W. Cox, Cox Funeral Home; 218 South Meridian Street; Jasonville, Indiana. In keeping with Lisa’s wishes cremation is scheduled with a Celebration of Life from 5 P.M. to 7 P.M. Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at the Funeral Home.
