MICHAEL E. COFFEY, 75, of Mitchell, IN passed away June 15, 2026 at 5:35 pm at Mitchell Manor. He was born September 7, 1950 in Linton, IN to Robert W. Coffey, Jr. and Norma J. (Sinders) Coffey.
Survivors include his son Michael W. Coffey and step-son Chris Slavens. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Brian D. Coffey.
Michael was in the United States Navy and retired from Crane Naval Weapons Support.
Arrangements are entrusted to Michael W. Cox, Cox Funeral Home; 218 South Meridian Street; Jasonville, Indiana. Graveside services will be at 2 pm Friday, July 31, 2026 at Lebanon Cemetery in Midland, IN with Military Honors.
