WANDA L. (GRIFFITH) MILLER, 67, of Lewis, Indiana passed away at 9:10 p.m. Friday, January 8, 2016 in Regional Hospital in Terre Haute, IN. 

She was born July 21, 1948 in Linton, IN to Cale “Snapper” Griffith and Norma June (Wools) Griffith-West.

Survivors include her husband of 46 years, Gary Thomas “Tom” Miller Sr. of Lewis, IN whom she married on February 16, 1969; daughter and son-in-law, Amy Lynn & Wes Scarbrough of Graysville, IN; sons and daughters-in-law, Gary & Daryla Miller of Lewis, IN, Gene & Mary Miller of Shelburn, IN; grandchildren, Meghan Miller, Taylar & Brandon Earixson, Kendra (KK) Scarbrough, Sierra Miller, Abbagail Miller, Malcolm Scarbrough, Eric Miller, Sami Miller, and Chelsea Scarbrough; great-grandchild, Hayden Earixson; brother-in-law, Tommy & Sharon Grodotzke of Brooksville, FL; brother and sister-in-law, Bob & Nan West of Jasonville, IN; several nieces and nephews; special aunt, Betty West of Linton, IN.

She was preceded in death by her parents; step-father, Woodrow West; brother, Sonny Cale Griffith; sister, Rita Grodotzke.

Wanda graduated in the class of 1966 from Howe High School in Indianapolis, IN. She worked at TRW-Charles Industries, and at Crane NSWC. Wanda was a member of Friendly Grove Baptist Church. She enjoyed camping, crocheting, and spending time with family.

Arrangements were entrusted to Michael W. Cox, Cox Funeral Home; 218 South Meridian Street; Jasonville, Indiana. Visitation was scheduled from 4-8 p.m. Monday and 9 a.m. until service time at 11 am Tuesday at the Funeral Home. Funeral Services were 11 a.m. Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at Cox Funeral Home with Pastor David Smith officiating.

Interment was at Friendly Grove Cemetery in Lewis, IN.
