DELORIS F RICH, 82, of Jasonville, Indiana passed away at 3:47 a.m. Saturday, October 8, 2016 in her home in Jasonville, IN.
She was born September 3, 1934 in Howesville, IN to Donald Ralph Brady and Anne Louise (Ansorge) Brady.
Survivors include her son, Randall Allan Rich of Jasonville, IN; daughter, Vicki Lynn Rose of Linton, IN; grandchildren, John Woods, Jeremy and Bonnie West, Nicki Flores, Stephen Andrew Rich, Ray Gene Rose Jr; great-grandchildren, Lyndsay Woods and Anthony Quakenbush, Zachary Woods and Emily, Chelsey Woods, Kayla Woods, Bailey West, Jobey West, Quica Flores, Tobias Lliana Flores, Rosi Flores, Randi Flores, Isaac Oliver, Vincent Rich, Stephen Rich; great-great-grandchildren, Briella Woods, Emma Quakenbush, Raylynn Quakenbush; sister, Donna Brady of Jasonville, IN; aunt, Jayne Ansorge of Jasonville, IN; cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Terri L Brady; sister, Eve Merle Wright.
Deloris was the Secretary of United Mine Worker’s Local #1423. She drove a Powder Truck and the Turn Pull at Amax Minnehaha Mine. She had also previously worked at Glenburn Home and Linton Nursing Home in the Kitchen, Crane, Ringo’s and Varsity House. She was a 1952 Graduate of Sullivan High School.
Arrangements were entrusted to Michael W. Cox, Cox Funeral Home; 218 South Meridian Street; Jasonville, IN; Website: coxfuneralhomejasonville.com; Visitation was scheduled from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Funeral Home. Funeral Services are at 7 p.m. Tuesday October 11, 2016 with Pastor Paul Myers, and Pastor Mike Rotman officiating.
Cremation was chosen and Interment was at K of P Cemetery in Hymera, IN at a later date.
