ROBERT S. FISCUS, 87, of Jasonville, Indiana went to be with the Lord at 10:50 p.m. Monday, February 4, 2019 in Roudebush VA Hospital in Indianapolis, IN.
He was born December 30, 1931 in Howesville, IN to Jace Fiscus and Opal Marie (Keller) Fiscus.
Survivors include his wife of 65 years, Hazel Ruth (Mason) Fiscus of Jasonville; son, Jason Fiscus of Jasonville; grandchildren, Bradley Fiscus (Ashley Overton), Robert Brandan Fiscus; great-grandchildren, Skyler P. Fiscus, Savanna L. Overton, Alex Wilson; siblings, Arzella Ahnert of Jasonville, William Fiscus of Linton, Caroline Mayhew of Jasonville; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Robert was an U.S. Army Veteran where he served during Korea. He enjoyed woodworking and photography. He attended the Church of God of Prophecy.
Arrangements are entrusted to Michael W. Cox, Cox Funeral Home; 218 South Meridian Street; Jasonville, Indiana. Graveside Services are 11 a.m. Friday, February 8, 2019 at the Peavey Cemetery, Howesville, IN with Military Graveside Rites.
