CLARA LEE “SAMMIE” ROESNER, 78, of San Jacinto, California passed away at 10:37 p.m. Friday, November 5, 2010 in her residence. She was born December 18, 1931 in Sullivan County, IN to Herman Ray Houpt and Clara Allison (Willie) Houpt.
Survivors include step-daughter, Linda Anido of Clearlake, CA and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Clyde Roesner; brother, Hubert Houpt; and a nephew.
Clara was a registered nurse for 35 years and loved painting.
Arrangements were entrusted to Michael W. Cox, Cox Funeral Home, 218 South Meridian Street, Jasonville, IN. Visitation was 10 a.m. until service time Saturday at the funeral home. Memorial Services were 11 a.m. Saturday, November 27, 2010 at the funeral home with Pastor Dwight Gould officiating. Interment was at K of P Cemetery in Hymera, IN.
