RONALD LEE REHMEL, 48, of Jasonville, Indiana passed away Saturday afternoon, August 7, 2010 at his Residence. He was born December 27, 1961 in Sullivan, IN to Linus Rehmel and Roberta (Crosby) Rehmel.
Survivors include his son & daughter-in-law, Justin & Nicole Rehmel of Hymera, IN; granddaughters, Emma & Olivia Rehmel; mother, Roberta Rehmel of Jasonville, IN; sisters & brothers-in-law, Jane & Rick Sapp of Homewood, IL, Sharon & Hibbitt Postin of Linton, IN, Jeannie Gray of Coalmont, IN, Pam & Doug Netherlain of Jasonville, IN; brothers & sisters-in-law, David & Tammy Rehmel of Lewis, IN, Dennis & Rita Rehmel of Terre Haute, IN, Don & Jackie Rehmel of Lewis, IN, Kenny & Jamie Rehmel of Coalmont, IN, Randy & Debbie Rehmel of Jasonville, IN, Chris & Linya Rehmel of Jasonville, IN; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his dad, Linus Drew Rehmel.
He attended the Coalmont Church of God, he loved his son and grandkids. Ronnie loved baseball and was a standout high school catcher and standout baseball player in the Connie Mack League. He was involved in a serious automobile accident in 2000 and has struggled with health problems since, but is now pain free and rejoicing with his dad. Justin, his son loved him very much.
Arrangements were entrusted to Michael W. Cox, Cox Funeral Home, 218 South Meridian Street, Jasonville, IN. Visitation was 4-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the funeral home. Funeral Services were 1 PM Wednesday, August 11, 2010 at the funeral home with Pastor Bob Dickey, Pastor James Phipps, and Pastor Joy Rehmel officiating. Interment was in K of P Cemetery, Hymera, IN.
