WARREN L. “HEAVY” SEXTON, 70, of Jasonville, Indiana passed away at 5:40 p.m. Sunday, November 28, 2010 at Regional Hospital, Terre Haute, IN. Warren was born March 6, 1940 at his home in Jasonville to Walter R. Sexton and Lillian (Easter) Sexton.

Survivors include his wife Sharon Rose (Neal) Sexton of Jasonville, IN whom he married August 6, 1993; sons & daughter-in-law, Jon & Reva Sexton of Lead, SD, Michael Sexton of Phoenix, AZ; daughter, Cheryl Sexton of Phoenix, AZ; step-children & spouses, Amber & Charlie Gabbard of Terre Haute, IN, Dejah & Donnie Barron of Jasonville, IN, Eric & Becky Smith of South Haven, IN; 13 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; brother & sister-in-law, Walter & Fern Sexton Jr. of Hanover, IN; aunts, Phyllis Sexton of Jasonville, IN, Dode  Sexton  of  Jasonville, IN, Doris Eccles of Sunrise, AZ; uncles, Jerry Easter of Buckeye, AZ, Fred Easter of Jasonville, IN.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one grandchild. He was a millwright at Bethleham Steele at Burnsharbour, IN Plant for 37 years. He was a member of Millwrights Local Steelworkers Union District 07, Local #6787. Warren loved to ride his Harley and go traveling on it. He loved old cars and motorcycles. He enjoyed yard work and gardening after his retirement.

Arrangements were entrusted to Michael W. Cox, Cox Funeral Home, 218 South Meridian Street, Jasonville, IN. Visitation was 5-8 p.m. Thursday, December 2, 2010 at the funeral home. Funeral Services followed the Thursday evening visitation at 8 p.m. with Pastor Sam Bush officiating.
