WANDA PEARL (KELLER) ANDERSON SHEPHERD, 69, of Linton, Indiana passed away at 9:15 p.m. Saturday, September 1, 2012 in her residence.
She was born October 29, 1942 in Greene County, IN to George Keller and Dorothy (Long) Keller.
Wanda married William L. “Bill” Anderson on January 12, 1967 and he passed away on August 23, 2002.
Survivors include her husband, John F. Shepherd of Linton, IN whom she married on August 26, 2007; daughters, Rose Hanson of TX, Lois Byrer of Jasonville, IN, Dorothy Taylor of West Terre Haute, IN, Barbara Harris of Jasonville, IN, Gladys Bailey of PA, Wanda McGree of Indianapolis, IN; sons, Chester Flanders of Jasonville, IN, George Flanders of Sullivan, IN, William Flanders of Jasonville, IN, Danny Anderson of Jasonville, IN; step-daughter, Michelle Secrest of Linton, IN; sisters, Norma Westjohn of Seelyville, IN, Reba Williams of Terre Haute, IN, Doris Shepherd of Jasonville, IN, Nora Boling of Jasonville, IN, Alice Anderson of Jasonville, IN Vicki Gatz of Lyons, IN, Melody Force of Jasonville, IN, Betty Marshall of Jasonville, IN, Connie McKee of Jasonville, IN; brothers, Donald Keller of Terre Haute, IN, Larry Keller of Jasonville, IN; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces & nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; 2ND husband, William L. “Bill” Anderson; two grandsons; one great-granddaughter.
She was a homemaker.
Arrangements were entrusted to Michael W. Cox, Cox Funeral Home; 218 South Meridian Street; Jasonville, Indiana with Visitation scheduled from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. service time Wednesday at the Funeral Home. Funeral Services were 2 p.m. Wednesday, September 5, 2012 at the Cox Funeral Home with Chaplain Floyd Stone officiating.
Interment was at Lebanon Cemetery in Midland, IN.
