KARI SHERMAN, 46, of Jasonville, Indiana passed away at 11:50 a.m. Saturday, December 6, 2014 in Regional Hospital, Terre Haute, IN.

She was born March 9, 1968 in Linton, IN to Kelly All and Madge L. (Hastings) Cooper.

Survivors include her husband, Willard Sherman of Jasonville, IN whom she married on September 22, 1989; daughter, Kimberly Sherman of Jasonville, IN; sons & daughter-in-law, Jeffery Ryan & Megan Sherman of Jasonville, IN, Kelly Sherman & Denisha Stanley of Jasonville, IN; adoptive father, Lowry Cooper & Jackie of Petersburg, IN; brother & sister-in-law, Delbert Cooper & Shelley of Vincennes, IN; nieces, Lindsey Hendricks, Jessica Cooper; nephew, Jake Cooper & Reba Shidler; great nephew, Jaxon Cooper; long-time best friend, LeAnne Phillippe of Vincennes, IN.

She was preceded in death by her biological father, Kelly All; mother, Madge L. Cooper.

Kari was a homemaker. She loved to fish, read and spending time with her dog Lili. Kari was anxiously awaiting her first grandchild. Kari bravely battled cancer for 3 years. Her family and friends meant everything to her.

Arrangements were entrusted to Michael W. Cox, Cox Funeral Home; 218 South Meridian Street; Jasonville, Indiana. Private Family Visitation and Funeral Services were held at the Cox Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Rotman officiating.

Interment was at Lebanon Cemetery in Midland, IN.
