VICKI LYNN (RICH) ROSE, 64, of Linton, IN, left us May 31, 2024 to be with her loved ones, she missed so much. She was in Greene County General Hospital at Linton, IN.
She was born July 29, 1959 in Sullivan, IN to Harold Rich and Deloris (Brady) Rich.
Survivors include her children, Stephen “Bub” Rich (Melissa Stanifer) of Linton, IN, Ladonna “Nicki” Flores (Martin) of Jasonville, IN; granddaughters, Francisca “Quica” Flores (Kristy Malone) of Robinson, IL, Randi Flores of Indianapolis, IN, Elena “Rosi” Flores of Indianapolis, IN, Penny Jo Rose; grandsons, Tobias Flores of Indianapolis, IN, Isaac Oliver (Morgan Sargolini), Vincent Rich, Stephen Rich of Linton, IN, Tanner Trusty, Aryan Rose; great-grandsons, Eli Cummins Jr., Ezra Oliver; brother, Randall Rich of Jasonville, IN; aunt, Ladonna Brady of Jasonville, IN.
She was preceded in death by her parents, son, Ray Gene Rose; granddaughter, Paris Jean Rose; sister, Terri Brady; husband, Raymond Rose.
Vicki graduated from Shakamak Jr/Sr High School class of 1977. She married Raymond Rose and they had 3 children. Vicki was employed at Keller’s, Sunbeam outdoor furniture in Linton for several years, she also proudly served as the secretary for the union at Sunbeam, until the plant shut down. She worked at the Carhartt Factory and then for several years at North American Latex. Vicki enjoyed music, camping, bingo, crocheting, and horseback riding.
Arrangements are entrusted to Michael W. Cox, Cox Funeral Home; 218 South Meridian Street; Jasonville, Indiana. Visitation is scheduled from 1 to 3 P.M. Thursday, June 6, 2024 at the Funeral Home. Services are immediately following at 3 P.M. with Pastor Paul Myers officiating. In keeping with Vicki’s wishes cremation will be scheduled following services.
Interment will be at K of P Cemetery in Hymera, IN at a later date.
