WANDA JEANETTE (SPARKS) MARLOW, 85, of Jasonville, IN passed away at 5:15 P.M. Wednesday, September 30, 2020 in her daughter’s home in Brazil, IN surrounded by her loving family.

She was born December 13, 1934 in Terre Haute, IN to Everett and Erma Mae Sparks.

Wanda married Stanley Richard Marlow on December 23, 1951 and he passed away on October 15, 2016.

Survivors include her children, Teena K. Crane (Mark S.) of Milton, DE, Kim J. Marlow (Vanessa Hodge) of Brazil, IN, Gregory D. Marlow of Jasonville, IN; grandchildren, Dustin J. Crane (Adriana), Lauren M. Johnson (Christopher); great-grandchildren, Addison and Simon Johnson, Nina, Lily, Piper, Mira and Jonathan Crane; several nieces, nephews and close friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother-Robert L. Sparks, and loving husband of 65 years, Stanley Richard Marlow.

Wanda graduated Coalmont High School Class of 1952. She was a member and past president, of Jasonville Tri Kappa, Daughters of the Nile and Order of the Eastern Star. Wanda was an avid card player of euchre, member of a bridge club and enjoyed playing Yahtzee with her best friend of 60 years, Judy Burger and enjoyed watching the St. Louis Cardinals with her son Greg.

Arrangements are entrusted to Michael W. Cox, Cox Funeral Home; 218 South Meridian Street; Jasonville, Indiana. In keeping with Wanda’s wishes, cremation is scheduled with no services.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations in memory of Wanda J. Marlow to Shriners Children’s Hospitals in St. Louis, MO and Cincinnati, OH or locally to Peavey Cemetery at Howesville, IN.
