FRANCES M. ZELEZNY, 64, of Clay City, Indiana, passed away at 12:55 p.m. on Saturday, November 22, 2014 in her home.

She was born December 22, 1949 in Terre Haute, IN to Albert Simual Yates and Arlea Jean Yates.

Frances was married to Joseph Zelezny who passed away on April 7, 2003.

Survivors include her sisters, Linda Laswell of Terre Haute, IN, Carol Yates of Clay City, IN; brother, Albert Roy Yates of Patricksburg, IN; niece, Kelly Stamper Wilson; nephews, Daniel Stamper, Justin Sutton, Jared Sutton; great-nephew, Logan; great-nieces, Kaylee, Makayla, Abby; several aunts & uncles.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Joseph Zelezny; brother-in-law, Joe Laswell; sister-in-law, Beth Yates.

Frances worked at RCA in Bloomington, IN and then as a CNA at several nursing homes.  She attended Clay City Assembly of God where she was a member.

Arrangements were entrusted to Michael W. Cox, Cox Funeral Home; 218 South Meridian Street; Jasonville, Indiana with graveside services at 11 a.m., Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at Stephens Cemetery with Pastor Brad Porter officiating.

Interment followed at Stephens Cemetery in Lewis, IN.

A Memorial Service was held at the Clay City Assembly of God Church at 6 p.m. Friday, December 5, 2014.
